Cinekid is an annual Amsterdam-based film festival for children. The program consists of premieres of films and series, an extensive education program, workshops for kids, masterclasses, a professionals program and a program outside in a container in front of Pathé Noord. Since 2023 Indyvideo is responsible for part of the cinema- and AV-technology for the festival, which includes the technical production of the programs in the screening rooms of Pathé Noord (Cinekid’s main location) and the program container outside. Besides the technical production we take care of film quality control and film logistics of the festival. As with all festivals, we use a hands-on approach and are present on location with a team of project leaders, technical producers, AV-technicians, supervisors cinema technology and operators.
